الوصف الوظيفي Integrated building solutions is hiring a sales engineer lighting specialist . Responsibilities • Maintaining excellent and trustworthy relationship with key customers, clients and consultants. • Approach leads and lighting projects in the market. • Set project objectives and develop strategies to increase market share. • Study lighting inquiries and manage the preparation of lighting proposals and solutions in accordance with lighting standards and client requirements. • Reporting to the General Manager. المهارات • At least two years of experience in the lighting industry. • A solutions oriented individual. • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Significant technical sales and customer applications experience • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders • Ability to identify optimal go-to-market strategy in various situations • Proven track record of sales achievement, driving growth and results • Ability to leverage internal and external resources to overcome obstacles and meet sales goals • Strong work ethic, ability to produce results under pressure • Have a Passion for Winning. Never gives up in the face of resistance or setbacks with an insatiable curiosity for learning. • Competitive, strategic, and global mindset.
