IT Network Technician

الوصف الوظيفي
· Designing and installing computer networks, connections and cabling

· Troubleshooting system failures and identifying roadblocks in the network

· Fixing problems in LAN infrastructure and testing and configuring software

· Maintaining and repairing hardware including peripheral devices

· Evaluating network performance to improve the network

· Scheduling upgrades and maintenance without interrupting business workflow

· Providing technical direction and giving training to coworkers about network systems

· Working with vendors to get needed equipment for the networks and systems

المهارات
· Experience with network and system efficiency to implement network solutions

· Understanding of how to install and configure network equipment (Network Cable – Cisco Router)

· Ability to communicate with people with various levels of technical knowledge

· Diagnostic and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot problems and find solutions

· Proficiency in computers, software and database systems ( Windows server2019 and SQL server2019 ) and networking, hardware, and networking protocols

· Critical thinking skills to solve complex problems

· Dexterity when handling manual repairs and tests

· Experience to connection ERP between branches through Cisco router

· Knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
