Purchase to pay supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities
* Ensure the smooth flow of supplier invoices and payment with the help of local and 3P offshore teams. * Manage all supplier queries and take action to ensure timely resolution. * Responsible to maintain hygiene of GRIR control accounts and coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to close long pending cases. * Responsible to keep balance sheet risks below the threshold set by the regional controls management team. * Actively involve for statutory and tax audits, provide documentation, and ensure to close audit queries within the timeline. * Prepare and present the P2P decks for finance controller’s review. * Responsible to prepare P2P Monthly report for review. * Responsible to maintain employee pensions and other employees related accruals. * Should be able to manage pressure and respond on ad-hoc urgent queries efficiently. * Should be expert in MS Excel, Power point and Word with the know-how of BI tools. * Should be able to review the process and lead the process improvement and automation agenda.
