5 years + experience in sales management (in Field Sales of FMCG)
Position Summary
Recruit, Manage, and Develop all Distributor RTM partners in OOH channels. By ensuring we deliver High service levels across all our Channels
A day in the life of…
Develop distributors agreements terms and conditions and payout KPIs
Responsible to achieve distributors sales targets, meet the set budgets and ensure good ROI while delivering on best in class service levels.
Build, maintain, and manage In Market Sales Forecast by distributor by customer at the highest level of details and accuracy.
Manage distributors stocks level to ensure smooth invoicing and replenishment of stocks on monthly basis
Ensure Coverage, New Customers Acquisitions and SKU Penetration are reflected in plans and executed
Oversee Financial Reconciliation on monthly basis and find the right ways for activities to be implemented incompliance with both companies policies.
Support with building distributors relationship for sustainable business growth, conducting DMBP, Implement effective spend strategy, and maintain Service levels.
Build and drive compliance to SOP’s and processes in regards to Nestle/ Distributor transactions
Distributors team capability building through Nestle tools applying coaching methods, route riding, and selling training sessions
Identify areas of opportunity and potential for improvement for the business
What will make you successful
More than 5 years in sales management, preferably in the Out of Home environment (Food Service - HORECA)
Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top line business results.
Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams, creating a high performance culture.
Practical experience and understanding of quality principles, HACCP, hygiene in the F&B;industry.
Technical experience is a plus.
Excellent skills in Microsoft (SAP is a plus)
