الوصف الوظيفي To deliver Application Support, this includes service ticket management, troubleshooting applications, configure/setup applications/devices, analyzing, testing SIT/UAT, develop reports, deploy fixes/patches and provide training to the key/end users and ensure application is effectively used, enhance business process through re-engineering that add efficiencies. Functional Accountabilities: Analyze and troubleshoot all sort of application issues logged in Service Desk system by following IT standards policy and procedures. Ensure System/Application logs are checked periodically and ensure application is optimally utilized. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by monitoring application/system, fix any data corruption/issues, make sure data flows across systems integrated upload/download with other applications and data updated on-time. Ensure SDLC / Change management, IT standards such as ISO 2000 processes being following while implementing any changes in Processes or systems changes this includes code change deployment, SIT and UAT and UAT signoff before deploying to production. Document the new/changes in process, prepare training materials, provide functional training to key/end users, document technical flows/batches. Maintain amend/new operational/management reports. Execute new enhanced initiatives/project activities on a timely manner. Review Business Requirements and provide industry standard and best practice solution. المهارات Graduate in Computer Science, Computer Software/Engineering, MIS Experience: 2 – 3 years’ Experience in Techno-Functional Support in Toshiba Supermarket Application and/or similar POS systems. Skills: Good command in Supermarket POS Applications preferably Toshiba Supermarket Application Good command in communication protocols (FTP, SFTP, Telnet) Good command in creating / manipulating windows batch files Good Command in MS SQL or DBMS in general etc. Good knowledge in web service technologies (SOAP, REST) Basic knowledge of Networks, OS, Printer configuration/setup, basic project management etc. Prefer ITIL / COBIT etc. Service Management Certification Technical certifications (SQL, PLSQL/TSQL) is a plus Programming capabilities is a plus تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/pos-service-manager-4488462/ |
