Job Description
* Operate and maintain the systems by ensuring proper backup and periodic maintenance * Deploy new desktop PCs and maintain old ones. * Fix, diagnose or isolate problems with network, PCs, terminals, and all peripherals. * Initiate and follow-up on orders for computer parts needed for maintenance. * Assist users with proper operations of computers, equipment, and software systems. * Train and advise users in general usage and operation of computer equipment.
Skills
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. * Minimum of Two years experience in the same field. * A+ Certificate is a plus * Training on windows operating system environment and MS desktop products. * Experience in networking domain environment and business applications and general knowledge in servers hardware & Software. * Good Communication Skills * Good English Language
