Point of contact between Binzagr and the service providers for all Binzagr fleet & MHE services and maintenance requirements & fuel purchases.
Co-ordinate with Branch management all fleet servicing requirements.
Review and validate R&M;invoices in all MHE and fleet repairs.
Monitor preventative services activities and report deviations.
Highlight to fleet management incident(s) of re-occurring component failures.
Receiving monthly invoice from the service provider, review, authorize and follow payment, as per payments’ terms and condition.
Ensure the correct payments are made as per vehicle assigned location.
Ensure that all vehicles are being serviced as per manufacturers recommended frequency schedule.
Carry out periodic site visits & audits to branches and service providers.
Monitor fuel purchases, services, maintenance and repairs of the BCo owned fleet
Approval of maintenance requirements outside of PMS.
Monitor vendor repair process to ensure maintenance problems are being addressed and ensure service level meets expectation.
Monitor/Diagnose equipment failure, and coordinate repair & spare assignment, if appropriate.
Monitor entire fuel purchases and repair process with the vendor and branches.
Coordinate equipment recovery in cases of road breakdowns with recovery vendors.
المهارات
Vehicle Mechanic/technician Diploma or equivalent diploma
2 years of experience of fleet/maintenance
Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, Visio, databases)
