1) Directly reports to the NBD Team Lead with dotted line with Global Trade Marketing Manager
2) Help lead in the establishment of Commercialization Strategy in close collaboration with Commercial Team (Sales, Global Trade Marketing,) and relevant support functions (Logistics and Finance) in relation with trade marketing and marketing executions
3) Track the trade and marketing fund spending and optimize spend efficiencies on the assigned geography
4) Helps ensure to provide healthy P&L;or revenue to the company by focusing on SKUs and programs who gives better return
5) Carries all the categories identified as business opportunities of the assigned geographies/channel
6) Co-lead along with Global Trade Marketing Manager in the end-to-end of the development, conceptualization, execution, tracking and evaluation of both trade marketing plans and marketing campaigns per territory to meet company objectives based on marketing strategies, market analysis and consumer/shopper insights
7) Help lead the team in ensuring speed to market of targeted categories per geography based on agreed timelines
8) Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and trade marketing and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
9) Develop customized Pitch Decks, Concept Sell, Launch Presentation in order to help close prospect engagements of the assigned geographic/channel
10) Establishes where to win and how to win trade and marketing programs that deliver results required with clear sales and marketing deliverables
11) Working in partnership with the Country Distributor, Third Party Agencies and Creative Team to develop and execute all trade marketing and marketing plans. Conduct on-ground fieldwork for validation and spot on opportunities
12) Ensures compliance to prescribed GTM (Go To Market) principles as adapted in the market execution strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor Degree at least graduate of Marketing or any Business-related courses.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Trade Marketing handling multiple categories is an advantage
Sales experience of 3-5 years
Demonstrate high level of creativity and idea generation
Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends
High attention to details, ability to think critically and creatively
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Willing to travel to international markets for on-ground experience
Can drive and own a Driver s License
