About the role
The role of Production Scheduler in Kerry is too assist in dry blending production scheduling.
Key responsibilities
• Key Responsibilities of Role Required.
• Plans and prepares daily / weekly / monthly production schedule
• Plans and establish manufacturing sequences according to product characteristics / requirement
• Authorizing and releasing of daily production process order with full material in place
• Play a key role in facilitating emergent issues that impact on schedule and commitment. Work with functional team to find solutions and perform root-cause and gap analysis.
• Monitoring production schedules in adherence to relevant requirements and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions to meet committed delivery dates
• Liaise and interfacing with Operations on urgent orders to meet customers
• Liaise with cross functional team on BOM requirement / New products setup
• Achieve FG inventory target set by Group, manage safety stocks &goods;movement
• Any other ad-hoc as per assigned

Qualifications and skills
• Recognized Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or any Business qualification
• Minimum 2- 5 years experience in Planning roles in Supply Chain function
• Good command of English
• Good working knowledge of ERP, MRP II and MS Office application skills. Experience in SAP PP module and APO will be recommended.
• Possess strong planning and analytical skills and be able to take complex issues and break down actions for resolutions and working with tight deadlines
• A solid communicator who can build strong relations and is not afraid to challenge decisions when see better alternatives or potential pitfalls.
• Possess strong business acumen with deep Operational insight as well as an open nature and collaborative mind-set that enable working cohesively with people from different functions and levels.
• A motivated and driven individual with the core competencies required to succeed in a demanding and challenging working environment
• Good problem solving and decision making ability to enhance workflow efficiencies and effectiveness
