Develop marketing plans and strategies for assigned products as well as their positioning in the market against competitors in order to support effectively the achievement of the sales objectives. Coordinate promotional activities with the channel, participate in product launches and monitor product performance in the market to assess and enhance effectiveness.
Provide all necessary inputs to enable preparation of an effective sales plan, taking care to balance the product features with market requirements.
Plan product launches, events or promotions in conjunction with other Divisions as required (i.e: Channel Dev., Branches etc.), ensuring smooth implementation and a balance in terms of location and timing.
Design and implement creative promotional ideas for assigned products (i.e: contests, draws etc.) and liaise with Chamber of Commerce for approvals.
Follow up on progress of products in the market and monitor their performance, seeking feedback and comments from customers and users, as appropriate.
Analyze market audit and collect information about market dynamics in the aim of ensuring market share is protected.
Contact regularly the Supplier’s to report on stock levels, sales progress, promotions execution etc. and to coordinate the preparation of marketing activities (i.e: collecting Marketing funds, POS materials, etc.).
Follow-up on the implementation of POS material at selected retailers in order to ensure compliance with brand directives.
Participate in the negotiations for renting spaces with retailers, ensuring maximum exposure for assigned products.
Coordinate product tastings and in-shop promotional activities, in line with suppliers’ guidelines.
Review and analyze market data in order to identify trends in consumer behaviors and submit findings and recommendations to Manager as appropriate.
Follow-up the trade marketing activities implementation in all branches in order to ensure that all work within Trade Marketing activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with marketing and sales strategy & policy.
Communicate the requirement of operational procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Bachelor Degree in Business / Management
3-5 years’ experience within the food industry (Preferred in Pasta)
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Good knowledge of market and competition
Good analytical skills
Team player
Time Management
Fluency in English
