الوصف الوظيفي • Management: Manage the effective achievement of Leasing objectives through the leadership of the Leasing – setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of the department. • Budgets and Plans: Contribute to the preparation of the Leasing section budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified. • Supervision of Subordinates: Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of Leasing activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner. • Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures: Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner. • Day- to-day Operations: o Supervises the day-to-day operations of Leasing to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures. o Will be responsible of getting new Leads/tenants for all the properties in HALJ. o Maintaining the relationship with the current tenants o Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace. o Analyzes weekly leasing reports and foresees occupancy trends. o Completes and updates market survey. o Maintain accurate client records in accordance with department policy; update daily reports concerning notice to vacate, vacancy reports, activity reports, etc. on a daily basis using the department systems set for these purposes. o Maintain and perform upkeep of the tour route. o Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure completion. o Coordinate all legal, finance and administration matters between departments; Unit Reporting and Follow Up in case requested for certain tasks or projects. o To perform other duties as required by the direct supervisor and/or company management that do not conflict with our company policies, procedures and applicable laws. • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement. • Reporting: Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet HALJ and Leasing department requirements, policies and standards. • Health, Safety, & Environment: Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude. • Related Assignments: Perform other related duties or assignments as directed. المهارات Presentation skills, client relationships, emphasizing excellence, negotiation, prospecting, commercial awareness, communication, influence, responsibility, teamwork, result/goal orientation. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/leasing-specialist-4489397/ |
