Job Summary:
Community Officer will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. And able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
Create engaging text, image, and video content.
Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way.
Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries and solve their problems.
Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
Oversee social media accounts’ layout.
Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
Perform any request assigned by the direct supervisor-related work.
المهارات
Education and Competency:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and communication, Advertising, IT, MIS, or Computer science.
An experience in Community – Customer Experiences in telecom, retail, or FMCG.
High knowledge and experiences with social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, others)
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening in both Arabic and English language.
In-depth knowledge of SEO - Search Engine Optimization, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING IS HELPFUL:
Experience with program assessment.
Conference and event management.
Web management.
Basic graphic design skills and sensibilities.
