Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
Ensure the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team.
Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Evaluate performance of sales staff.
Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team.
Track, collate and interpret sales figures.
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
المهارات
10-15 Years’ experience of local and international plastic products (boxes and pallets) sales.
Minimum Bachelor degree is a must, Master is preferred.
Working knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and Internet.
Proven written & spoken skills in English.
Thoroughness and attention to detail.
Comprehensive and planned task-follow up
Demonstrate ability to work effectively with people.
Ability to learn quickly within the job.
Able to take initiative.
Leadership and ability to work within a Team environment.
