Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Prepare reports for different departments or upper management
Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
Answer the request of potential customer and inform Sales Dept
Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers and visiting them conducting surveys, analyzing information
Improving customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes. Establishing service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes
Disseminating advisories, warnings
Informing customer about new updates or evolving techniques
المهارات
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Ability to train customers.
Strong work ethics.
Any past customer service experience is an advantage.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
