الوصف الوظيفي eMagine Supply Chain have been retained by a global logistics giant who are expanding their operations within KSA. As such we are seeking a process improvement manager who will understand Lean Concepts Using your experience of continuous improvement, you will be required to assess the operations and look for areas where improvements can be made. You will need to be able to influence those around you to support the changes and then support the operation with any implementations required. You will need to work closely with the site operational teams to deliver these improvements. Furthermore, the role holder will act as the overall lead for Operations Management Systems covering both audit and quality. You will need to ensure the sites team conform to international standards ( IATF) and SMF requirements by sustaining OMS and ensuring standardisation. What are you accountable for achieving as the Operations Excellence Manager? • To identify any areas for continuous improvement, make recommendations and support with implementation of changes. • To improve and sustain OMS within the site • Be an active participant in the development of the site • Work closely central Ops Excellence to ensure all company standards are in place and monitored • To deliver cost and service benefits to internal and external customers. • Ensure the achievement of contractual cost reductions are met. • A proven track record within continuous Improvement • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence others. • Analytical thinking, being able to review and assess data and make recommendation based on the findings. • Good understanding of Manufacturing and Logistics Industry. • Understanding of operation cost savings initiatives. المهارات Lean Concepts Contract Logistics Ambient / Chilled Warehouse تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/operations-and-process-excellence-manager-lean-six-sigma-warehousing-4481177/ |
