Your role: You would be a part of the executive leadership team. Leading the centralised marketing department for the organization, collaborating closely with different business units. We seek a CMO with a growth mindset who has a track record of delivering growth, has evolved from a traditional marketing role to having led accountability on driving revenues, identifying new opportunities for growth. Hard financial metrics define your career, you have led on developing business strategy, vision and digitalization. Accountable for business growth, you would establish best in class practices, ensure that the teams are data/insights led and can extrapolate the same into optimizing business growth and profit. A focused brand builder you know how to break silos, align competing agendas to rally different business units behind one common goal.
The ideal candidate will be strategic with strong operational capabilities, results and outcome-oriented, a creative problem solver, highly collaborative, and be able to drive cultural transformation within the business. The incumbent will develop and launch scalable global processes that drive customer acquisition and retention, articulate a compelling story on the importance of digital accessibility solutions and further elevate brand in an increasingly compliance-focused market.
The position oversees the organization’s branding, digital & traditional marketing, event planning, public relations and community outreach programs. He/ She will oversee all aspects of Marketing function and build the Marketing team. Creatively manage all marketing positioning and asset development. We expect this position to be no less than a lobbyist and will be expected to lead and empower a high-performing, collaborative team of marketers across brand, performance, communications and PR, content, product marketing, and lead generation. Drive vision and oversee efforts across these functions. Partnering with Sales and Finance, develop and maintain a robust pipeline for the business to meet business revenue and growth objectives; put in place the necessary automation, telemetry and reporting to support this effort. Own messaging in partnership with Product and Sales to stay ahead of market trends, create a constant feedback loop with our customer’s needs, and establish differentiated market positioning. Collaborate with business leadership to set KPI’s and manage against those KPI’s; establish OKR’s for the marketing teams, aligned across other key areas of the business including sales, product, and finance. Deploy and optimize a cutting-edge marketing automation stack to ensure scalable and cost-effective marketing operations processes with demonstrable ROI. Create and maintain an active network of marketing partnerships to enable marketing execution. Oversee internal communications to ensure all employees are updated on key company messages and clearly understand the brand’s vision and values. Manage the marketing budget, including suggested allocation of spending to achieve company targets

Self-motivated and energetic, with an ability to instill this in the team around them
Role is open for globally mobile candidates. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must-have.
