The role: This role would be leading a team of data professionals and business intelligence to deliver transformational insights as per the business requirements. It is an exciting opportunity as you will be working with a huge maze and rapidly growing data to uncover insights that produce growth in the business. Develop people, partner with senior business and technology leaders to develop data-driven business strategy, and forecast commercial performance. Plan and execute analytical roadmaps, product mix expectations, and promotional program impact using Machine Learning principles. Transform analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement. Establish and ensure adherence to an enterprise data governance framework. Work closely with various department analyst teams to build and maintain business performance dashboards and optimize processes.

المهارات
Must-Have: The successful candidate should have 10+ years of proven experience with a degree qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, or related field. At least 5+ years experience in leading a team of Data Analytics and Data Scientist. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Ability to deal with the stakeholder needs based on a deep understanding of the strategic direction, industry, and other external factors. Proven analytics leader who is comfortable with ambiguity demonstrates strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment. High level of communication and presentation skills. Project management capability and proven success in leading, implementing, and delivering on significant complex projects would be a plus.
