Planning & Budgeting:
Identifies business opportunities to increase share and maximize SANS sales revenues
Responsible for prospecting and sales.
Responsible for Orders and Sales Contract Negotiations for all Commercial Services segments and products.
Proactively works with Commercial services section heads and their teams.
Participates in and develop customers account strategies with Product/Service/Aviation experts.
Follows up on Sales Leads and Opportunities with the Commercial Services Teams
Develops customer relationships at all levels from system operators to Board level to promote SANS offerings
Provides inputs to Sales Manager to increase strategies efficiency.
Responsible for Sales campaigns execution.
Promotes and sells SANS image, services and tools (Customer Service Center, Aeronautical Consultancy…).
Monitoring & Controlling:
Supervise and manage work required by concerned departments to ensure delivering SANS services to client on time within the right quality
Supervise and assist in the development and maintenance of the Sales Cycle methods, systems, tools, techniques, forms and templates in order to ensure continuous improvement of the capabilities in Technical Project Scoping
Supervise and assist in the preparation of reports for each business opportunity including analysis of the overall business cases
Enter all business cases documents into the PM System and ensure alignment with SANS documents
Improvement:
Evaluate enhancement opportunities in the department process and communication potential
Improvement to ensure seamless workflow and timely submission of RFPs, Tenders and Contracts
Policies, Processes and Procedures
Support in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
People Management:
Conduct annual performance appraisal of direct subordinates to monitor their work performance and Identify their training and developmental requirements
Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching of subordinates
Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow
