The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience tackling various hardware and software problems. They should be comfortable providing technology solutions to employees and working closely with third party software companies to adopt new technologies and efficiently use existing ones. This candidate should have prior experience working with information technology and understand the latest technology trends to ensure the technology in place is up to date.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the implementation of Azad’s IT objectives and operational plans in line with the Company’s strategy.
Cascade the IT Department’s strategy into operational plans and monitor the performance and execution of such plans.
Establish key performance indicators and continuously monitor performance
Supervise the day-to-day IT service operations and activities to resolve reported technical problems, maintain and monitor request logs, all in compliance with the predefined policies and procedures.
Oversee business inquiries and complaints by phone, email, or generated tickets in order to provide continuous support to the inquiring end users.
Ensure that a proper process is in place to maintain logs of all IT activities to provide an audit trail that can be used to understand the activity of the system and diagnose problems.
Responsible for the timely delivery of cost-effective IT projects and solutions in Azad Properties.
Evaluate and liaise with vendors to identify solutions and provides recommendations to key stakeholders.
Identify and evaluate hardware, software vendors and consultants as necessary to obtain high quality and cost-effective services.
Manage the relations with third parties and IT service providers to ensure effective delivery and operation of all IT systems
Supervise and evaluate employee’s performance with continuous feedback on their assigned targets and provide development opportunities to maximize potential and engagement of employees through mentoring, coaching and constructive feedback.
Evaluate the IT Services infrastructure and plans for continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of Azad’s IT Function.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
5+ years of experience in related field
Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
Advance Arabic & English
