Job Function:

Assisting Technical Support Section Head to ensure Civil service Maintenance Management System reliability.

Responsibilities:

Able to perform design modification.
Able to perform design calculations for new in-house small projects.
Able to perform building renovation works.
Resolves maintenance & troubleshooting related technical problems for civil and finishes including but not limited to structure, roads & pavements, wall coverings, false ceilings, furniture & carpentry, tiles & marbles, waterproofing, painting & varnishing, Aluminum & glass, gypsum board, masonry & plastering, curtains & carpets, stretch fabric, etc.
Working knowledge and experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Experience in developing Maintenance Management System coding, developing Preventive Maintenance Instructions, and Manpower Estimation Requirements.
