Be at the floor on time, fully dressed.
Comply with his area safety PPE’s- Personnel Protection Equipment.
Understand his shift production plan.
Conduct the shift handover protocol on his area.
Comply with his area quality standards.
Conduct his area inspection lists as per the needed frequency.
Operate his machine according to the pre-set machine centerline ( mid-range)
Accurately report any out of specifications.
Promptly report his area downtime report.
Conduct his area CILT standard and report any abnormalities.
Clean his area of operation.
Insure that his area meets the required Hygiene standards.
Promptly report any unsafe condition and ensure compliance with safety standards for machine condition.
Promptly report any over consumption in his area MRP- Materials Requirement Plan.
To ensure efficient operation of area equipment resulting in best Performance.
To ensure correct materials are available for planned production, and that there is no wastage or excess losses.
Ensure all product meets or exceeds set quality specifications record and analyze quality results.
Understand quality specifications and their importance.
Monitor and adjust process control parameters.
المهارات
Experienced with Industrial Equipment operation for at least 2 years.
Industrial institute/technical high school degree holder.
Excellent awareness of his machine and good mechanical aptitude.
MRP- Material Req. Planning usage and losses.
Understands TPM and Kaizen philosophy.
His machine impact on product quality.
Safety matrix and his PPE matrix. Personnel Protection Equipment matrix
Able to speak and write in English.
Able to record downtime, calculate usage rates and understand percentages etc…
Able to interpret graphs and SPC – Statistical Process control results.
Understands quality specifications and their measurement.
