الوصف الوظيفي Develop and manage sales and marketing strategies and activities to drive and maintain business growth to achieve or exceed the sales targets within the overall business objectives of the company through creating sustainable and long-term relationships with key customers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Corporate Strategy Lead the development of the Company’s vision, mission, and corporate strategy, as a member of the Senior Management Team, to ensure Company maximizes it’s short, medium, and long-term profitability and returns to its shareholder. Leadership Ensure the achievement of sales and marketing functions’ strategic objectives by setting priorities and objectives for direct reports, managing performance, developing and motivating highly qualified talent, and providing strategic direction in order to maximize performance, and improve operational excellence and productivity. Organization Structure Define an optimum organization structure for the sales and marketing function and direct the development of departmental structures to ensure optimal utilization of department resources and communication between staff. Budget Planning Provide direction on the preparation and consolidation of sales and marketing function budget in line with the function’s annual business plan. Sales Planning Oversee and Prepare local and export sales forecasts for the production department based on previous sales orders in order to determine the number of finished products for delivery to clients. Market Analysis Monitor local and export market activity and provide recommendations related to new products or enhancements based on the current situation or predicted market activity in order to maximize the utilization of, and market reach of the Company’s capabilities. Key Accounts Identify key relationships and prospective accounts in order to continuously develop business and achieve local and export sales targets via key accounts. Collections Ensure collection of all payments and if necessary, communicate with and advise the accounts collection section to contact defaulting customers in order to reach a payment solution that protects the interests of the Company. Change Management Lead the management of change through continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices taking into account ‘international leading practice’, and changes in the business environment in order to improve business performance and operational excellence. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Provide strategic direction for the development and implementation of functional policies, procedures, and controls in order to ensure that activities are conducted in line with relevant procedural/regulatory requirements, and ensure optimum business operations. Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Direct safe operations by complying with the organization’s HSE, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and systems in order to achieve zero harm to people, assets, and the environment. Management Reporting Ensure that all functional reports are completed in a comprehensive, accurate, and timely manner, and comply with international principles and standards, and Company’s requirements. Job Context Nature of business: Plastic and Paper Industry Hardware: Computer systems Software: Microsoft Office, SAP, etc. Shift & Timings: Day 8 AM – 4:30 PM Travel Requirement: As per job requirement Communication and Working Relationship Internal Relations: Chief Executive Officer, department managers DECISION MAKING & AUTHORITY Take decisions related to local and export client portfolios by recommending new retail stores, target markets, etc. MAJOR CHALLENGES Maintaining and growing the Company’s position in the market and continuously sustaining suitable and appropriate brand awareness. المهارات Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing Experience Minimum 12 years of experience in sales and marketing, out of which 3 years in senior leading sales and marketing position in large size company, preferably in plastics.
