Our Client: A rapidly growing Food Production company in Saudi Arabia.

Your Role: Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of all logistics business synergies with effective planning and distribution of raw materials and finished goods. Lead and implement operations excellence in line with the business requirements to achieve individual and company targets. You will be managing an extremely fast-paced distribution environment and will need to ‘hit the ground running’; well experienced in improving and implementing processes to increase productivity and efficiency, KPI management and reporting figures. Managing the workforce and dealing with their requirements. To ensure legal compliance of all branch warehouse operations.

المهارات
Must Have: Minimum 8- 10 years of experience managing logistics for large consumer goods companies, with excellent track record of designing distribution network strategy, optimizing the costs and people management. Strong commercial awareness with experience of budgeting, P&L;and KPI reporting. Experience negotiating services, legal compliance and developing contracts. High level of effective interpersonal & negotiation skills. Knowledge of Saudi Labor law. Saudi National.
