Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns
Managing the marketing budget
Ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity
Creative, media and digital agencies coordination and responsibilities
Prepare and achieve annual corporate brand image promotion targets
Prepare and achieve annual product promotion targets
Assist product and sales team to support their objectives
To provide timely reports to management on market shares & competitor activities
Prepare annual marketing plans and budget
Develop, implement, and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth Operation of the marketing
Act as the Organization’s representative with the media and Coordinate print and electronic materials on marketing activities
To manage new product launching & development process
Policy making regarding Marketing operations
Responsible for POP Display in Market, Shop display structure, inside and outside shop branding
Responsible for execution, follow up and also push market display
To set KPI’s of the marketing staff
Prepare daily and monthly periodic reports for daily job status to HOD
Responsible for manager services and manager promotion work activities
Responsible for Business Plan / Key Task Plan Implementation of Department
