Set and implement digital strategy
Be a digital evangelist, championing the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset from the top down
Measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure we are investing in the right tools and resources
Develop a clearly defined and compelling digital strategy for the company’s future
Ensure that all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation and execution
Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models
Build, manage and continue to grow an internal and external digital innovation ecosystem
Identifying new tools – AI, digital, CRM, SEO, SEM – that can support, enhance, and improve our digital position
To develop digital marketing campaigns that enables the company to communicate with the key audiences about the brand and products
To drive engagement through social channels, increasing our reach and engagement
Provide timely updates for the blog and social channels, sparking debate around relationship issues and engaging with clients, supporters, and influencers
Respond to user queries from the website and social community management
Provide weekly reports to line managers
Be responsible for driving unique visitors, referrals, and registrations to company website

Proven influencing and collaboration skills
Use of website tracking analysis software to measure and improve digital media activities
Understanding of digital marketing and SEO best practice
Demonstrable experience of writing and presenting reports
Understanding of working within a strong brand identity
Substantial practical experience of using social media to extend reach of an organization including through campaigns
4+ experience in a similar role
