The Channel Sales Manager (CSM) will be responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relations with channel customers/partners across Saudi Arabia. The CSM will be responsible for understanding the overall sales strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue. The CSM represents the entire range of company products and services to customers/partners in order to achieve both company and customer/partner recruitment and sales objectives.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned customer/partner accounts.
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive customer/partner relationship.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer/partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Ensures partner compliance with Service level agreements
Proactively open and sells to new qualifying customers/partners
Completes customer/partner account plans that meet company standards & maintains high customer/partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Works closely with Customer Service Team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products.
Coordinate with other company functions such as the production team, logistics support team and management team to deliver and meet customer expectations on time.
المهارات
Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within the same product if not preferably from with FMCG background (3 year minimum).
Strong Knowledge of Sales Management.
