Coordinate facilities management activities a) Assist facilities manager and coordinate all activities concerning the Facilities management operation including inter-alia mechanical, electrical, civil, horticulture, and marine as performed in their physical areas. 2) Manage resources a) Assist facilities manager to ensure the efficient use of resources such as budgets, manpower, equipment, etc. 3) Adhere to company established operational policies and procedures a) Follow operational and administrative procedures and proposes necessary improvements for the efficient execution of the work. 4) Monitor Safety a) Implement and monitor the safety rules and regulations and ensure adherence. Specific Accountabilities 1) Compliance with the ISO standards. 2) Preventative Maintenance Planning. 3) Preventative Maintenance Execution. 4) Resource Planning. 5) Safety, Quality & Environment. 6) Cost Control. 5) Other duties a) Produce appropriate reports related to his operations and updates his superiors. b) Handle all issues on the operation and maintenance of Royal Facilities, such as Jeddah Fountain & small fountains, Substations, Pump houses, Hydraulic Bridge, Rotators & Lifting Stations, Irrigation Systems, garden & street lightings, including Underwater lights of pools & fountains. c) Oversee the operation & maintenance of navigation lighting system for sailing Marine vessels under Royal Facilities and ship to shore power connection to Royal Vessels at the Berths. d) Perform any other tasks assigned by his line manager.
