الوصف الوظيفي Coordinate with product team to ensure the correct outlet pricing for clearance. Monitor the categorization process with brand shops kingdom wide and service centers for all stock categories (A, B, C & E). Coordinate all operations related to issues reported by stores, pending transfers, shipments, and approved retail office maintenance Capex/MAAF with the concerned departments. Assist in Maintaining an updated brand shops contract details (transfers – price reduction). Make the required coordination between Naghi and LGE in updating all brand shops reports and share with the team (Salesmen KPI, brand shops KPI, display status, etc.). Share the progress of marketing activities in brand shops with LGE and internal departments, coordinate with brand shops and LGE regarding new report creation. Conduct shop visits and coordinate with RSM and brand shops about marketing activities implementation and share the progress report. Analyze customer traffic, up selling, attach rate and complete solutions for customers. Collect data from all brand shops to prepare reports of non-purchases customers. Monitor the showrooms performance and leveling periodically and performance reporting. Implement CRM activities in brand shops.
