الوصف الوظيفي To execute Corporate Procurement strategic plans by following the systematic approach to realize the maximum benefits out of all buying activities for non-trade goods and services to contribute to the department performance. To Undertake business needs assessment, supply market analysis and commercial risk assessments to inform procurement planning and sourcing decisions. To Develop, coordinate, and lead sourcing activities to establish supply arrangements that meet business needs To Develop and administer contract management plans, negotiate changes and modifications, supplier performance management and compliance requirements through effective supplier relationships to enhance business outcomes To Plan and lead contract negotiations in the establishment and review of supply arrangements to deliver value for money procurement outcomes Financial / Monetary: Generate achievement of cost savings to reduce operating expenses according to annual target. Customers / Clients (Internal): Participate in the Realization & demonstration of the development of the category strategies in close alignment with stakeholders (BUs), including demand related approaches. Engage suppliers’ prequalification to include supplier’s enablement in the procurement system. People / Employee (Cross Functional) Offer free capacity to support colleagues from same category group team or outside team whenever needed. Observe and adhere to implement corporate Procurement governance, regulations, policy and procedures and code of conduct to ensure compliance in managing non-trade products and services related matter.
