OVERVIEW:
To maximise sales and profit through the continuous improvement of the store and staff, control of costs and provision of friendly and efficient customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
To deliver customer service in line with the brand operational standards.
To generate ideas to drive the business and staff forward.
To develop a motivated team through a positive management style.
Comply with the relevant legislation, health & safety responsibilities all other policy in relation to the role.
Control of costs & policies related to cash and people.
Ensure presentation of the team, all the areas and products are up to the highest standards.
Develop product knowledge & lead the team to achieve performance.
Work with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
Encourage a good relation between staff & local community.
Hold regular staff meeting, offer constructive feedback and conduct appraisal.
Work with other branches when necessary.
Perform all managers’ duties such as opening & closing procedures, preparation, ordering, stocking and customer assistance.
Staff recruitment, scheduling, training & developing team
Handle maintenance issues relative to your store.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Proven experience as a manager or similar role.
Experience at a high level in retail.
Knowledge of hospitality industry is essential.
Strong analytical ability.
Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
Problem-solving aptitude.
Approachable and personable.
