Responsible hand over the cars to our customers who already purchase the car from the showroom, Offer and upsell our products such as accessories, detailing products. Explain the warranty and service terms and conditions. As customer representatives greet arriving customers and make themselves available to answer questions; explain the features of different models and warranties.
Greet the customers Maintain a warm, friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic attitude throughout the delivery process
while adhering to Company policies and procedures for presentation dress code, cleanliness of workspace, and timekeeping; project and maintain the proper image of the Company and product
Use the delivery process to ensure that the proper standards of presentation and process are followed
Determine customer needs and requirements for a particular vehicle
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the business as outlined in the Company’s policies and procedures
Maintain a warm, friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic attitude throughout the delivery process
Meet and maintain monthly/annual targets
Introduce the Aftersales Dept. profile to the customer as this is the starting point of communication with the customer.
Responsibility for explaining car specifications and options to the customer.
Explain to the customer the Warranty coverage and terms and conditions.
Explain to the customer the maintenance coverage and period.
Introduce NMC network and services to the customer.
Offer NMC detailing products and services to the customer.
Make sure the car will be delivered in perfect and clean conditions.
Comply with the delivery process and make sure all required documents are signed by the customer.
المهارات
2 years automotive experience in (Sales, service, customer experience).
Diploma or equivalent certification in customer services.
Upselling & presentation skills
Customer-oriented.
Familiar with Microsoft office and operations Tech. sources.
Good common in the English language.
