The King Faisal Specialist Hospital - Jeddah is a 470-bed tertiary specialist hospital located in Jeddah , Saudi Arabia .
It is one of the three campuses of the King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre and specializes in Oncology, Cardiac, Transplant, and Neurosciences.
The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) has 10 beds, and receives patients aged term neonate weighing >2 kg to 14 years, patients > 14 years & followed by pediatric services, and patients admitted from Department Emergency Medicine (DEM) weighting 25 kg.
PICU patients may be admitted from DEM, OR, other nursing units, or from external referrals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• Current nursing (RN) license in: Canada, the United States, the UK, Ireland, Western Europe, Australia or New Zealand
• Must have two to four years (depending on education) of current experience in PICU in a tertiary-care hospital
The hospital can consider only FEMALE candidates at this time.
