Senior Accountant

الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Fill out order invoices and prepare client sales invoice
Manage all activities related to VAT
Check balances in ledgers and various transaction accounts
Compile and maintain all necessary records, reports and log books
Maintain sales commission for all transactions
Creation and management of a new general ledger and chart of account fitting our business
Support in implementing new accounting system
Manage cash flow including petty cash
Prepare & control budget
Prepare financial statements such as cash flow statements, balance sheet and income statement on regular basis
Drive automation and efficiency of key processes
Drive monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting processes, including Balance Sheet reviews, account reconciliations, etc.
Generate and analyze reports for management (in Excel or other formats)
Handle payroll, vacation and attendance records for all employees
Collaborate with senior management for all financial matters and internal audits.
Support sales and operation if needed
Monitor aging reports and credit status
Manage banking, deposits, payments, and account reconciliation functions.
Manage fixed assets in accounting System

المهارات
Skills & Requirements

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance; CMA / CPA / CFA is a strong plus
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in financial and management functions in Senior Accountant positions
Experience in Logistics related industry will be preferred
Capable to work under pressure
Excellent Computer Skills, including knowledge of MS office applications and basic software applications, and familiarity with the internet and email communications
Excellent knowledge in Excel
Strong knowledge in any major ERP or Accounting System
Based in Saudi Arabia with Iqama transferable
Arabic and English proficiency a must
