الوصف الوظيفي * Arrange marketing plan for all The company brands * Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds accordingly * Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies * Design and develop creative communication and marketing products presentations, briefings, etc. * Provide creative inputs and guide the designers to develop various communication materials that are in line with the guidelines * Source and implement new ideas for diaries, calendars, notebooks, etc.. on a regular basis * Periodically create, monitor, and manage the Monthly calendar for social media and Emailers. * Develop and implement analytics for various media in coordination with Digital & Social Media Designer & Agency. Analyze and create reports regarding the analytics * Constantly keep track of the activities on social media and trends concerning to the industry * Suggest and implement ways to create new media for communication * Create ideas for video and motion graphic promo videos * Plan, organize and manage events * Manage all the pre and post event marketing communications. Analyze the performance * Managing and maintaining various internal and external weekly/monthly reports * Collaborates with different departments to have proper understanding of their initiatives and how to design better campaign for them. * Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches * Ensures the online presence is continuously developed and technically robust, and that disaster recovery plans are in place and kept up to date. * Solicits and searches for appropriate external providers/agencies and works closely with them in developing and managing online content to ensure that our company brands digital communication activities and services are running optimally * Prepares timely and accurate digital media analytics, metrics, and campaign reports for our company to provide clarity on the status of the projects and to meet organizational requirements, policies, and standards. Oversee and approve marketing material, from offline to online. * Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals * Advise and support business units regarding their communication requirements * Performs other related duties or assignments as directed المهارات * Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools * Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.) * Well-organized and detail-oriented * Exceptional communication and writing skills * Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind * BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or equivalent Fluent English (Speaking / Writing) * Marketing strategy. * SEM and SEO concepts and strategies. * Online campaign management. * Market research and analysis. * Team leadership. * Experience building complex marketing and reporting on the results * Exposure to digital and direct response marketing * Strong project management skills * Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/marketing-communication-manager-4435949/ |
