To fuel the next stage of our growth we’ve designed the Graduate Development Program to contribute to the development of nationals in the communities where we operate to provide developmental job Experiences and training to young nationals and its aligned and designed based on our business needs and priorities by filling the talents in specific fields/ the missing gaps in the business accommodating young and energetic workforce to the business with new insight and innovative ideas in a creative and dynamic work environment that respects its people
During the program, you will be provided with a learning journey that is tailored to your specific field/role while that will help enrich your career.
We will also provide you with mentors who will help guide you and support your personal and professional development.
Program Design:
Duration: 24 months Program
Location: Jeddah Islamic Port, Jeddah, KSA
Streams: Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, IT, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, HSSE, Supply Chain, and logistics.
Only for Saudis fresh graduates
Educational requirement: bachelor’s degree of related streams
