Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals internal and external like amazon and noon. (English and Arabic)
Daily monitor with external companies on what SKUs should be removed and what should be added with collaboration with Petland team.
Warranty must be written for accessories
Food must have expiry date
Return policy by category
Add and remove products, discounts
Monitor sales completion
Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
Create a plan and monitor execution with external companies and internal team.
Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, inventory) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Delivery company must sign the PO that the product is in good condition.
Reports:
Website traffic
product’s description, warranty, expiration, pictures.
monthly sales that have been made with the external companies.
performance of the shipping companies.
conversion rate: the relationship between website traffic and number of sales
Shopping cart abandonment rate
Cost of customer acquisition
Customer lifetime value

Gross profit margin
Report the number of the up/cross sales.

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in marketing (preferred)
Experience managing digital product inventory.
Experience using web analytics and optimization tools. Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc) to stay organized.

Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
