As an Executive Search Researcher at Amrop Saudi Arabia, you’ll get insight into the Executive Search industry and the Saudi Arabian and GCC business environment and leaders. The role offers a great opportunity to build a foundation for further advancement within Executive Search and Leadership Advisory industry.

The Researcher role is diverse, and its responsibilities span across all stages of the Executive Search process. You will support our research teams and partners in Saudi Arabia in their daily work through conducting thorough market research and intelligence generation to identify relevant companies and potential candidates.

The role is both relationship-building and context-driven as you are expected utilize your research skills to develop understanding of our clients’ different sectors, functions and Amrop Saudi Arabia’s service lines. As part of your role, you will be expected to speak with industry experts in order to validate and focus the search and deepen your understanding of the right candidate for the role. The role demands resourcefulness, taking responsibility for timely deliveries, proactiveness and strong interpersonal skills.

A curious individual with an interest in conducting research as well as organizing, analyzing and validating data. You can work autonomously but also work well within teams and enjoy building relationships with others. You possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, are resourceful, work with a sense of urgency and able to multitask, manage your time efficiently and work under a healthy measure of pressure.

On a personal level, you should be self-driven, structured, have a high degree of ownership whilst being confident and well-grounded. You have a pleasant and outgoing personality that allows you to build trust and credibility with colleagues as well as candidates and clients. You are a University graduate, fluent in Arabic and English and have around 2-4 years of experience, ideally in Management Consulting, Executive Search or other relevant fields of Business and Management.
