To manage the end to end coordination of local distribution network with 3PL team, Ferrero CS and local sales team with the aim to ensure timely and successful delivery to customer, in compliance with Ferrero Quality and Standards. Implementation of Continuous improvement culture within operations to reudce cost, improve efficiencies in operations and impacting sustainability. Measuring and reporting of KPIs to management.
Main Responsibilities:
Distribution Coordination - Developing framework and processes with the 3PL for effective and optimized management of distribution planning of Ferrero Deliveries to its customers. Ensuring Quality standards are met during the entire journey of delivery. Speedy and timely resolution of challenges and issues during the delivery cycle by coordinating with all stakeholders. Creating tools for visibility on daily delivery and return schedules, updating the delivery status on daily basis with reason coding of delivery failures and reporting to warehousing and CS teams. Management of return logistics with close coordination with 3PL, Ferrero CS team and sales. Timely recording and archiving the Proof of delivery of all orders. Validation of 3PL invoices and recording of invoices in SAP. Creating Purchase Requisitions in SAP.
KPI Management and Reporting Daily Reports - Reporting of the schedule and delivery status update, Reporting delivery failures and re-deliveries with reason coding. Reporting Sales Returns collections. Monthly Reports Monthly KPIs , Cost reporting of Distribution and Returns Logistics. Reporting on Sustainability (any other KPIs upon request)
Continuous Improvement - Propose and put in place ideas or projects which can have short/long term impact on Cost, Quality, Service and Sustainability.
Who we are looking for:
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Functional experience in Stock Management, Inventory Control, Warehouse management, Shelf Life and Freshness Management.
Technical experience in SAP or any other WMS or ERP system, MS Excel Advance and PowerPoint.
