Job Summary / Overall Purpose:
Responsible for end customer sales order delivery completion and trouble shooting.

Key Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for managing the Order management team on a day to day basis. Focuses on issue management & resolution, performance review, and order fulfillment to ensure an optimum level of customer service.
Establishes relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the business strategy and its execution in co-ordination with the Customer Service Team.
Ensures the stakeholders in the chain are well informed & manage liaise closely with their teams to ensure the monthly and yearly targets are achieved in addition to optimal customer satisfaction. Supports internal teams and customers with order status requests or other issues.
All business release tests & changes are to be monitored & confirmed. Acts in a Key User role and ensures the knowledge continuity in the team through establishing the Key User concept including back up scenarios.
Establishes a strong network contacts and working business relations with the other entities globally to address concerns, and find a unified solution including emergency situations if possible. Learns and shares from the global best practices
Report on a periodic basis, both internal and external, supply chain KPIs according to scorecard e.g. OTIF, PNS, sales update, backorder handling, claim handling. Operational Excellence KPIs: Business Excellence beyond Supply Chain KPIs
Consistently demonstrates the Roche Core Competencies and People Leadership Commitments.
Provides feedback and conducts performance reviews of employees.
Identify process improvement opportunities and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement improvements.
Design a finance package for all orders entered in SAP and resolves all outstanding issues in coordination with management and evaluates all metrics to provide accurate monthly data.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with the corporate policies, process and Quality System and recommend potential improvements to Supervisor and Quality Manager.

Experience and Qualifications
Essential/Minimum:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
3 year experience in a similar position
Fluent in English and Arabic
Desirable:
SAP knowledge is preferred.
Bachelor in Supply chain management is preferred
Key Competencies:
Roche product knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Well Organized
Detail Oriented with good analytical skills
Good customer service skills
Competent with order management processes and workflow in ERP systems.
