Responsible for maintaining and producing RO, DM, WFI, as per the production requirements. Ensure that water treatment plant complies with the cGMP requirements.
Responsibilities:
Periodical regeneration of softener and mixed bed.
Periodical sanitization of the pre filters and final filters.
Periodical sterilization of tanks and filters.
Periodical sanitization of underground tanks and silos.
Periodical checks and replacement of filters.
Maintain minimum stocks of water.
Continuous monitoring of water parameters.
SAP entries as per the receipt of raw water and as per consumption.
Ensure compliance to SOPs, GMP and safety guidelines.
المهارات
Bachelor degree in Chemistry
1 – 3 Years of experience in a pharmaceutical company as chemist.
