Perform the operation & maintenance works for all Utility assets, including all related tasks.
Key Accountabilities:
• Monitoring & performing utilities operation & maintenance.
• Reporting to supervisor for any production abnormalities.
• Reporting & recording parameters on log sheet.
• Reporting of daily completed jobs and findings during routine inspection.
• Withdrawing materials from spare parts store -as required-.
• Ensuring proper handover to next shift.
• Performing emergency repair and corrective maintenance.
• Reporting & recording daily chemical consumption.
• Passing ideas of system modification & improvement to control cost of operation and maintenance (Kaizen).
• Participating in weekly meetings/discussions with the manager and the team.
• Performing preventive maintenance activity as per monthly plan schedule based on maintenance checklist.
• Participating in weekly meetings/discussions with the manager and the team.
• Safety awareness and BOS & SIR contribution.
• Close actions needed for Safety & 5S Audit Findings.
• Receiving diesel from the tanker and unload to the diesel tank.
• Preparing chemical for boiler as per required dosage and chemicals.
Qualification:
• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Boilers
• Experience: Min: 5 years of experience.
• Language: Arabic (Must), English (Must).
