Develop and design annual Sales expansion plan and implement it for multi sector clients by bringing new businesses and increasing cross selling to current clients (B2B - B2C). Share & implement campaign strategy, promotions, communication, P.R activities, branding & events for B&P;centres & guests to maximize the service market share and CPUS; Assist in service campaigns launching.
Develop annual sales expansion plan and implement it for multi sector B2B clients (Insurance, Fleet, Car Rentals, Vehicle Conversions, Government sectors, NAJM, Taqdeer, etc) in line with Co. growth & diversification strategy.
Develop and enhance sales teams as well as sales channels (Franchise Model, Service Outsourcing for potential clients, etc.) for every geographical location in order to achieve annual sales targets.
Actively participate in the creation and launch of new products & services that address B2B / B2C Customer needs in collaboration with Marketing & Product Development teams.
Closely monitor competitor’s offerings and establish win-win pricing strategy for services offered meeting aspirations of all internal & external stakeholders.
Design Annual Marketing Calendar with all planned activities for the year viz. Advertising Campaigns, Social Media Campaigns, Events, Content Pieces, Public Relations / Media Relations, Point of Purchase Displays, etc. Accordingly arrange for budget & implementation plans inline with Co. Strategy.
Assisting in the research and development of marketing programs through consultation with internal departments and external suppliers including being responsible for the coordination and promotion of key Autohub programs.
Liaise with Marketing Agencies assisting in the production of relevant Marketing Programs material.
Provide Marketing Programs updates & sales analysis to the field team and management where necessary.
Work with the Managing Director in the development of communication material for the service channel. . This will involve liaising with the communication/advertising agencies in maintaining budget control for the Communication, Accounts, Materials, etc. for service
Ensure field teams and leaders are fully briefed on marketing programs
Write communication articles and marketing releases detailing services available, in a periodic external/internal newsletter.
Effectively manage the national mystery shopping program.
Establishes marketing goals to ensure market share and profitability of products and/or services.
Plans and oversees the dealership’s advertising and promotional activities including print, electronic and direct mail media.
Works with legal department, writers and artists; oversees copywriting, design, layout, paste-up, and production of promotional materials.
Creates and prepares all print advertising, radio and TV commercials (if applicable), billboards, direct mail pieces, in-store point-of-purchase merchandising aids, interior and exterior signs, off-site displays, news releases and stories.
Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, media placement, and merchandising policy.
Tracks marketing results to be certain that marketing objectives are achieved within designated budgets. Takes corrective action when necessary.
Concede plans and execute all digital marketing campaigns through available channels (Owned Media, Paid Media and Earned media).
Monitor Pre & Post Campaign progress and activities at the centres with the coordination of ROGM’s & Service Managers.
Plan service product branding materials for all the service centres and maintain the standards of the brand I.D in the centres and promotion.
Follow media monitoring (print & electronic) for competitors’ activities and for industry trends.
Implement strategies/tools for digital/online communications such as blogs, e-newsletters/e-publications, videos, and webinars.
Help develop and document best practices/guidelines for staff users/content contributors
Oversee functionality of the Social Platforms and web site and content management system on a day-to-day basis, ensuring content is updated as needed and keeping within brand, messaging, and legal guidelines.
Improve the Co. representation on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and media sharing networks (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and increase followers / advocates.
Work with various digital tools to enhance SEO, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google My Business and leverage CRM & Loyalty programs to improve Customer retention.
Support in enhancing digital customer journey and develop an omni-channel experience infrastructure to deliver a consistent and effective brand experience. As a result improve Brand Maturity Index.
Develop & manage digital sales channels and support in implementing new initiatives such as Managed Market Place
Liaise with Planning, Finance & Legal in creating win-win SLAs for all new / renewals of business deals.
Closely monitor & achieve receivables & balance confirmation targets for all B2B clients.
Periodically update the promotional materials like company profile, brochures & handouts used to promote our offerings and to build a professional brand image.
Maintain good relationship with all management hierarchy of current clients and continuously develop pipeline of new high potential B2B clients.
Organize engagement sessions with all Key Clients through major events, seminars & trainings.
Motivate & Mentor Sales Teams and Service Center Teams to deliver the services to all Key Clients as per approved Service Level Agreements.
Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more B2B deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff
Communicate the campaign & product details to Management, ROGM’s, and Service Manager & F.O.D - Field operation dept.
Communicate Campaign brief & present proposals for the agency & management for the campaign creative layouts and media selection and schedule.
Discussion on the legal terms & conditions which are required for the campaign promotions & events with the legal Advisor’s team.
Follow up Campaigns performance/implementation with Agencies. Provides campaign reports, analysis and metrics
Review and plan the required content for the social media channels and purpose required activates to achieve the agreed KPIs
Develop and manage platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
Implementation of the yearly Marketing and Sales plan activities.
Develop the brand strategy based on business direction and growth targets.
Control the product and corporate branding as per the standards in campaign communication and in-shop branding materials.
Responsible for preparing customer education, awareness reading material by preparing the campaign details & communication for the Service associates and GCC before campaign Launch.
Managing of the customer experience on all journey type and across the different touch points.
Deal with Legal Dept. for all the legal terms & conditions to launch a campaign.

Sales techniques and general knowledge of the market and competitors.
Experience under managing end to end fanel into digital customer life cycle.
Knowledge of Marketing principles and methods for design the campaign, launch, promoting, and using communication channels based on target market and audience. (Localized Campaign, Nationwide Campaign, Seasonal Campaign, Tactical Campaign).
Having GCC automotive market knowledge with having working in the Automotive dealers in Saudi Arabia.
The basic knowledge in financial transactions like Marketing budget preparation, CPUS & Service ROI reports, Marketing Activities expenditures and marketing material inventory reports.
Advanced user of all Microsoft office applications with major fluency in Excel.
Fluent in speaking, writing and listening of the English language.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related filed.
At least 8 years.
Sales Techniques: the ability to develop sales process and increase revenue.
Digital Marketing Analysis: the ability to interpret the results of many digital marketing tools.
Time Management: Preparing, Submitting & Presenting the projects as per the timeline.
Achievement/Effort: Job requires establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks.
