The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for creating and deploying talent strategies that enhance the college’s ability to attract and retain a talented, diverse, and engaged workforce to meet current and future business needs.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full life cycle recruiting of academic and/or administrative staff. Serves as a representative at agencies, universities, and other functions.
This position will be responsible for talent acquisition responsibilities for Batterjee Medical College
المهارات
Talent Acquisition Specialist Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and three years recruitment experience including sourcing, interviewing, and developing recruitment plans.
Experience developing and implementing social media campaigns is highly desirable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as professional presentation skills, are required for this position.
Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, complex organization.
Experience recruiting in the academic or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
