Develop the most efficient route to market to enhance our products/services at the best cost available.
Ensure KPI’s are met and in particular, On Time, Product delivered In full, appropriate days in inventory.
Sourcing from approved supplier as well as developing local sourcing for non-core items.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
المهارات
Degree in Business
Certificate in Supply Chain is a plus
2 to 3 years of experience in the food service industry, preferably in F&B;Knowledge of Procurement Systems
