الوصف الوظيفي • Manage & Implement the Overall Spare Parts Strategy for the organization in line with the Overall Organizations Strategy in the region. • Support & Coordinate with Service Incharge to Manage company Spare parts strategies and implement programs to enhance customer shopping experience. • To support and ensure the smooth service operation in all regions by availability of adequate spare parts Logistics and Parts Management. • To ensure proper Time & Manpower utilization to minimize waiting time for spare parts to internal and external customers. • To ensure Proper / Optimal spare part Stock availability to cater to the requirement of all ALJE customers on time in all regions. • Follow-up on the commercial and Logistical activities with logistics dept. and finance dept. like clearance, payments etc. • To ensure the stock levels are maintained optimal, & removal of redundant stocks at all center to maintain the inventory cost periodically. • To ensure minimal cannibalization stocks & follow-up on refurbishing and return back to sound stock immediately on receipt of required parts. • Coordinating with Marketing on new model arrivals and order parts before the arrival of products. • Minimizing the stock variance at all branches. • To ensure proper updating of stocks on receipt. • To ensure proper stocking Norms, pricing and Housekeeping. • Support on Customer Queries on spare parts arrivals & follow-up. • To coordinate with the Technical staff on the requirement of Parts for the new models Supplier co-ordination and Documentation. • Supplier coordination for proper availability of stocks at store. • Spare Parts Ordering process. • Get updated on the urgency of spare parts requirement , if any & act accordingly to arrange immediately. • Accountability on stocks throughout the Kingdom. • To appoint more spare parts dealers to make spares available throughout the regions. • Proper documentation / entry on system on parts removed from invoiced units. • Computing the lead time of each supplier and ordering on time for the availability of stock Audits and training. • Audits on stocks - Cyclic / Periodic as whatever deemed fit to maintain accurate stocks at all centers. • Training Spare Parts executives in all the regions to have competent standards. المهارات • Graduate.
