الوصف الوظيفي The Customer Service and Building Engineer will assume full building prepotency and is responsible for the Operation and delivery of Facilities Management services for all end users and faculty. As such, the Customer Service and Building Engineer will be the single point of contact for all FM services FMOM offers to end users, engage with as many resources as required, coordinate in accordance to the required output, as well as constantly analyzing and improving the end user’s experience, ensuring all KPIs are met. المهارات • Good Customer Service • Customer’s interaction and engagement • Energy Conservation • Problems Solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Knowledge in LEED Design and preferably LEED Certification • Fluent in written and spoken English.
