HCIT Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Provide immediate service support to the customer (Hardware/ Software)
Provides best practice advice and input for customer process discussions
Provides customer implementation support as needed
Report implementation activity to the Team Leader.
Performs required tasks to ensure timely go live and customer satisfaction
Assist with obtaining customer acceptance
Understanding of HL7 standards.
Utilizes superior customer service skills to address all client requests for support in an efficient and professional manner.
Manage assigned tickets, providing timely updates and/or resolution to meet the customers’ expectations
Remain consistent with communication to clients until issues are resolved
Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the C4C ticketing system.
Collaborate with other team members to assist with a timely resolution
Identify new problems and contribute information necessary to document resolutions
Utilize all commonly provided tools necessary to accurately support the issue.
Act as a liaison between customers and HCIT staff to assure accurate problem interpretation
Maintain communications with customers during the problem resolution process as appropriate

المهارات
Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10, Server 2016, Server 2019)
The candidate must have a medical-related/technical education background.
Basic understanding of Networking, Workgroups, Domains
• Fluent in English and Arabic and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of SQL, SQL Configuration Manager and Query statements
MCITP/ Cisco Certification
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology /Computer Science/Biomedical.
