الوصف الوظيفي The Organizational Development Supervisor organize the company structure, plans, develops, implements development and training programs for the employees, develop and implement IPP, administer the employment team and attract the talents in the markets in liaise with Talent Acquisitions. Responsibilities: Organization Development: · Consults with management on organizational structure matters along with JD’s. · Develop and update the policy and procedures of the company. · Maintain Employees’ Engagement. · Maintain the Saudization percentage in the company with high skilled professional staff. · Career path and succession plan. · HR Dashboard Reports. · Employees’ Satisfaction Surveys. · Entertainment and activities. Training Need Analysis: · Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance. · Improve lack of employee performance based on company strategy. · Learning & development. · Research training courses for employee developments, and review objectives and achievements. · Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, and lesson plans. · Trains employees on HR issues and practices. Presents course materials. Recruitment & Employment: . Manpower Planning.
