Liaising with internal teams to determine recruitment needs.
Creating Job Descriptions and advertising them where necessary
Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
Sourcing potential candidates through online career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms or any other means as required.
Conducting in person or on call Initial interviews and managing end to end hiring processes via Applicant Tracking Systems.
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
المهارات
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HRM or relevant field
Previous working Experience working as Talent Acquisition Specialist for 2-3 years at least.
