We are looking for a factory Paper Machine Production Superintendent

who has at least five to ten years experience in a paper cup & paper bag factory previously,

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Equiv. Ed. Level Required:

B.S. or B.A. degree in Business, Engineering, or pulp and paper technology or equivalent.

Experience Required:

Over 6 years’ paper and/or pulp manufacturing and managerial experience. Experience working in a team environment with a union contract.

Knowledge Required:

General management skills, contract negotiation and strategic planning. Papermaking, mechanical skills, budget development and administration, computer literate, basic instrumentation knowledge. Proven knowledge of troubleshooting, problem solving and team building.
